Each unit has a 12 ft wide overhead door, an entrance door, and a restroom. Sidewalls on the units are 16 ft. The two buildings are fenced with an electronically controlled gate and has security cameras. We do not allow painting and mobile washing. Tenants will pay for all utilities except water.
This property fronts North Quaker and is 3/4 miles North of Clovis Road.
